Cool movie! Why do you all face the wall in the handstand pushups? I always kick up with my face away from the wall.

Facing the wall leads to quite a bit better handstand position and more-closely resembles the movement pattern for free-standing HSPU's. As you can tell from M2's last rep, people have a tendency to excessively arch their back when they are facing away from the wall. Reinforcing this movement will make it exponentially harder to advance to free-standing over time. Also keep in mind that it's a good idea to try and keep your elbows in rather than flaring them out, which is what will help balance the movement when you're no longer on the wall.

I'll keep that in mind next time I'm doing them. I cannot do free standing hspu's consistently yet.
This took me 23 minutes, the problem being the hspu's :P. Yesterday's workout also killed my shoulders.

My arms D: Apparently not fully recovered from this weekend! This proved mega hard for me, ended up subbing jumping pullups and raised leg pushups in from sets of 6 onwards.
Total time was 19:23
