APK Warmup

Workout: Cindy's Ugly Cousin "Margaret"- Similar to the Crossfit Benchmark "Cindy" (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats for 20 minutes) this workout will involve as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, with a couple of ugly changes:

5 L- Pullups

10 Divebomber Pushups

15 Jump Squats

Post rounds completed and substitutions required to comments. Compare to 12-15-06

Crazy delicious weekend of training around Bethesda on Saturday and a 7 mile hike around Sugarloaf Mountain on Sunday. 
 
Mega exhausted / sore so I think I may scale this one down to as many rounds in 10 minutes that I can do! Or I might just take a rest day, we'll see :p

I finished 7 rounds and was exhaustes by the time I was done. It felt good though.

Did the warmup, 8 minute abs, and my usual weight vest routine minus the weight vest. Taking the night off to recoup, foo!

I added 5 Wall Dips to the front end of every set. 
 
Did 5 (or 6) rounds 5 dips and 1 L-Pull Up
