this is the first WOD i have tried (found the site 2 days ago) after the APK warmup i had a much harder time running than i normally would. i now know i am not nearly as strong as i thought i was, thanks for the education :sigh i see myself doing the WOD on a regular basis with how easily it kicked my butt today ;-)

Ran for 30 minutes today and did the usual route I run with Disciple with some "workout stations" thrown in there!

Wednesday, so a ballet day for me: 90-minute advanced ballet class with emphasis on core stabilizing, sustained one-legged balances, slow extensions, and rapid directional changes. Following, a 75-minute pointe conditioning class: ankle, knee, and hip stabilizer conditioning with resistance bands, Pilates core work, and a 1/4 mile run. Oh... and I taught a 90-minute advanced ballet class after that. I'm drinking a liter of water and going straight to bed. :)
