Forgot to post up yesterday, did the usual routine, skipped the workout in favour of Heroes and an hour or so of late night training with Disciple!

Today's got 14:30 or so!

Tuesday, so a ballet day.

90-minute advanced level ballet class with emphasis on:

footwork
back strengthening
suspended leg extensions
turns
placement

Sadly, no jumps today. :(

I also teach a 75-minute and a 90-minute ballet class after I take my Tuesday classes. Although teaching doesn't count (in my book) as a workout per se, It does take up almost 3 hours of my life in which I can't be doing, say, L-sits. I try to move with the students as much as I can.
