APK Warm-Up

Workout- Perform as many of the following in 30 minutes as you are able. Each carries a specific point-value when completed. Post chosen skills and total points garnered to comments.

5 Point Skills-

Handstand- 5:00 total time inverted

L-Sit - 2:00 total time in perfect 90-degree hip position

100 Jump-rope Double-Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

25 L-Pull-Ups

100 Burpees 

3 Point Skills-

10x100m sprint repeats

15 Handstand Push-Ups

25 Pull-Ups

100 Squats

1 Point Skills- 

50 Push-Ups

Run 1 mile

30 Box Jumps

Front Plank- 1:00

10 burpees 
50m sprint 
10 pull-ups 
50m sprint 
5 rounds for time 
 
got around 13:00 :grin

I'm new to the whole workout of the day thing 
but I was able to do 
 
25 pull-ups 
100 squats 
30 Box jumps 
50 push-ups 
 
with a total of 8 points.

5:00 handstand(assisted)

I also did 50 curls with 45 pounds.

I did 10x100m sprints, 25 pullups, 50 pushups, 1 mile run, 1 min plank, and 100 squats. Total of 12 points.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and most Thursdays are ballet nights for me. Hence: 
 
90-minute advanced level ballet class (45 minute barre; center work emphasizing petit allegro--small, quick, precise jumps; and turns). 
 
75 minute pointe class
