This picture comes from Roya in Tehran. Roya is Iranian and has hooked up with this group to practice Parkour. The picture was taken in SHAFAGH park in Tehran.

Amir had done Pakrour in England before going to Tehran. He helps to guide the group in their practice. Included is a short video of Arman that was sent along with the photo.
It seems there is a heavy emphasis on Parkour being about creating "new movement" ... I'll discuss some ideas with them about Parkour being about minimalistic efficient movement.
