I only made 2 sets of this routine in about 5 minutes, because I ate too soon before the workout. Lousy.

took me 17:08, man i just realized how out of shape i am. On that last set of burpees i could barely get off the floor

About 45 minutes of the same route Disciple and I took last night, QM, post hopping, etc. :] Then did the workout!
My 50m sprint may have been a bit short but it was around correct from what I measured. Last 3 sets had jumping pullups thrown in there, last 2 sets I did 10 jumping squats and 10 pushups instead of 10 burpees.
Total time was 7:16.

Don't look at what you didn't finish, look at what you did! Because if you keep finishing at least some of it, eventually you'll finish all of it.
For my part, I was supposed to do some L-sits and pushups in between classes today to make up for my "chips and margarita" workout yesterday. However I had zero motivation to do my make-up work. So I didn't.
I did, however, do a 90-minute advanced-level ballet class tonight:
45 minute barre
Centre with focus on jumps: Adagio with emphasis on one-legged balances Petit allegro with beats Men's combination (even for us women)= 10 minutes of big traveling jumps and tours en l'air 10 minutes of sprinting jetes Pilates "hundred" exercise

I only made it through the APK workout. Too sore from yesterday.

14:04, all pull-ups were from a dead hang. I liked this one.
