hello everyone. I just recently heard about parkour, and as soon as I saw it, I thought " I have to do this." this is actually my second day of unofficial parkouring, and I'm in love!!!! I really want to get into this, and become serious about it. so, I guess I'm gonna have to do these daily workouts? no problem. I work out every day already ^_^!!! anyway, since I'm new hear, is there an introduction section, or a beginners section? please help me out! thanks alot!

Was at a wedding all weekend, so between family obligations, etc; I didn't have much time to fit in a full workout. Did the APK warmup Friday; danced for an hour straight at the reception. Sweated a lot. :-)
Demonicfire, welcome. I'm new to the art too! The WODs are a great place to start; also at the top of the page there are links to help get you started ("What is parkour?" etc. in the website banner). FYI, a parkour practitioner is called a "traceur" (pronounced "trah-SEWR") not a "parkourer." ;-)
Anyhow, welcome! As beginners, we'll have to keep encouraging eachother!
