"Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that."--George Carlin--

APK Warmup

Workout- For 20 minutes, alternate between max Handstands and L-sits , working the handstand press and slow-lowering. Rest as needed between skills to give it a max-effort each attempt. If you're super-motivated, some L-sit press to handstand could be a fun way to pass the time.

Post total time inverted and in L-sit position to comments. Compare to 3-21-07

Substitutions:

Handstand- Handstand against wall, headstand, headstand against wall.

L-sit- Alternating tucked leg sit, tucked leg sit (both legs simultaneously), hanging knee raises.

handstands 4 1/2 minutes total
l-sits 2 minutes total

L-sits were really hard after yesterday's WOD

Didn't record my total time inverted or in L-Sit, but my L-Sits are getting better and my handstands, while fallen back a bit, are now back on their way up!

I need to start doing my 5 minutes total handstand a day again!

20 minutes of power yoga, with emphasis on inverted poses, headstands, and arm balances. I feel guilty for not doing the actual WOD but I'm trying to start slowly and do fewer things well than just getting through it to say I got through it. Maybe that's an excuse, I dunno.
