I have no time now . Will do this WOD 2morrow . I did do some sprints in the morning and I some Tennis.

also do this tomorrow, i have no time as i just got back from watching the le grande cirque(sumthing like that) and i saw some of the most amazing things ive ever seen in my life, although they were definately not as good as cirque du soleil

Was outside since the weather is pretty nice, training for the last 2 or so hours. Might still hit up the workout later, though I'm pretty pooped right now as it is!

So I added 6 Pull Ups on the front end of this circuit since I desperately need to work on them.
I got 5 full sets plus 6 pull ups, 9 Burpees and 3 push ups...
Oh I forgot to mention that I am recovering from illness as the fever I have had the past few days broke sometime last night
