Did some training today after work, being inspired by DC's video and all :] Knocked out my weight vest workout / 8 minute abs and am taking a rest day for the actual workout!

about 25 minutes, a little less
The 200m run was about 300m & I had a lot of "transit" between each exercise cause I've got people staying at my house. I deffinately enjoyed it though!!!

bout 30 mins, but i did something different because i forgot about the WOD.. 5 pullups for 5 rounds 10/20 lb dumbell curls for 5 rounds 15 pushups for 5 rounds 20 plymetric pushups for 2 rounds 10 box jumps for 5 rounds 2 mile run then worked on handstands for fun lol.
