2 chair/normal dips are equivalent to 1 ring dip but not super sure so maybe consult gear or demon or someone on that

Switch to whatever the highest angled push-up you CAN do would be. This might be feet on a small box or even just plain flat push-ups. Check out my article on "The Art of the Exercise Substitution" in the fitness articles section for more ideas.

like what you can do is (cuz im a gymnast we do this for conditioning abs) go with your stomach facing away from a wall and put your hands on the floor. start walking your feet up the wall and eventually walk your hands in. try to hold it with only your nose and toes touching hte wall, and do pushups

Only do the lowering portion of the hspu (slowly) for the prescribed number of reps and try very hard to get back up, that's how I got it.
I'll be doing this workout in a minute

hmm ive just started trying nasal breathing when doing exercise now, its pretty weird at first(especially at the end of a sprint), and on the HSPUS i felt like i wasnt getting enough air at first, so in the 2nd round i had water in my mouth to encourage me to breath only through my nose and it felt alot better overall. http://tullyrunners.com/
Articles/RaucciArticle.htm - read it, it brings up some good points you may not have heard before.

Warmup - agility work = 11 minutes
WOD = 9 minutes
(Could only get 12 handstand push ups on the second round. Everything else performed as written.)

I subbed 30 kitchen corner dips for 15 ring dips.

I can do like, 5 handstand pushups and then I fall over... can I do them in sets?

Indeed, you can break them up however you want, as long as you finish all of each successive exercise before moving on.
