Workout: 5 rounds for time:

Burpee x 10

Pull-Up x 10

QM x 15m

Russian Twist x 10

First did yesterday's sprints: 
400m 1:14 and 1:16 
200m: 31 32 32 31 31 seconds 
50m: 7.~ seconds 
 
Blazed through this one after dinner: 
9:38

Total time was 9 minutes something [didn't have a seconds hand]. Subbed 10 squats and 10 pushups for the 10 burpees, apparently the people beneath me in the apartment building didn't like the jumping / transfers and impact D: 
 
Last 2 rounds had jumping pullups thrown into the mix.

just over 10 minutes, subbed plyo pushups for QM due to lack of space in my appt (weather sucks)

This is the first time I've ever attempted the workout of the day, I got interested in Parkour two months ago, and have been working out since then/lightly training PK, and this was the first time I even entertained the idea of the WOD. I completed three sets before collapsing. It took me 30 whopping minutes to finish too. 9-10 minutes... wow.

about 17 minutes - I don't have a timer. but I'm getting faster everytime.

Took something near 20-25 mins. I kept getting interrupted. Did only 5-6 pullups per round and subbed ten unweighted squats and ten pushups for the last set of burpees. They kill me. Pullups are improving greatly, though :grin

about 12 minutes, i really pushed myself. i only could do 6 pullups the first round and five for the last four. substituded 10 clappushups for QM since no room and weather is bad. im finally gettin faster, i can see a huge improvement since just sunday!

did the WOD in my garden barefoot for a change seems though the weathers nice in england for once :grin
