Total time was 9 minutes something [didn't have a seconds hand]. Subbed 10 squats and 10 pushups for the 10 burpees, apparently the people beneath me in the apartment building didn't like the jumping / transfers and impact D:
Last 2 rounds had jumping pullups thrown into the mix.

This is the first time I've ever attempted the workout of the day, I got interested in Parkour two months ago, and have been working out since then/lightly training PK, and this was the first time I even entertained the idea of the WOD. I completed three sets before collapsing. It took me 30 whopping minutes to finish too. 9-10 minutes... wow.

Took something near 20-25 mins. I kept getting interrupted. Did only 5-6 pullups per round and subbed ten unweighted squats and ten pushups for the last set of burpees. They kill me. Pullups are improving greatly, though

about 12 minutes, i really pushed myself. i only could do 6 pullups the first round and five for the last four. substituded 10 clappushups for QM since no room and weather is bad. im finally gettin faster, i can see a huge improvement since just sunday!

did the WOD in my garden barefoot for a change seems though the weathers nice in england for once
