15 L-Pull-Ups

15 Handstand Push-Ups

15 Box Jumps

pull ups were the most tiring over time.

those pullups took a while, still a little burned out from yesterday's WOD + pk session

Made my own workout today, alot of it was todays WOD in its base elements and some other stuff i need to work on so i figured i'd post it. 
 
warm-up: (row 300m, 15 20lbs dumbell push-press)x4 
 
Skills: (4 max L-sit attempts, 10 8ft precision jumps)x3 
 
Workout: 5 chin-ups, 5 handstand press negatives, 5 box press negatives. 15:00 for rounds. got 3 rounds. 
 
so much of that time was doing the handstand negatives it was embarassing :sigh

to say i did russian twists instead of box jumps due to my legs being knackered from another WOD

I am new at all this, and it took me a while, but I managed to finish. those pull ups are definitely hard core
