trainers vary in prices new ballance makes some that range from 40$ -80$ and k-swiss makes some made soley for parkour and freerunning

you can use fiveten freerunners the sole is made of stealth rubber and work great

mine ran for 60$ nike air monarchs. their just clunky. my suggestion is get the arike, by k-swiss those are nice!

i got some k-swiss, they arent freerunning, but k-swiss rubber soles have really good grip! i havent used them yet i just got them yesterday, so im afraid im gonaa break em and i need em for school too...grr

you got the wrong K-swiss then my friend. you gotta get the Ariakes. they are just amazing.
