APK Warm-Up

Workout: Mark a 15m course and perform the following:

3 Shuttle runs (starting in the middle, run to the right, to the far left, and back to the middle) Rest as needed between efforts, post times for each shuttle run.

Rest 2:00-3:00, then: 

4 Rounds of the following, :30 rest between rounds:

10 burpees

15m up and back sprint

10 pull-ups

Post times for each of the 4 intervals to comments.

Did the shuttle runs wrong, no times on that. 
 
Subbed 10 48lb dumbbell swings for the pullups because no pullup bar was near.  
Between 1:10 and 1:20 for the intervals.

Subbed a bunch for this one, shins been bothering me a lot from the bunch of training I've done since nice weather has come into effect; so I went accordingly, no times. 
 
Did 3 sets of 3x 15m QM. And subbed 30m QM for the sprints in the 4 rounds. All else as RX'd.
