Bag Bitch - The person(s) (usually very few of them) at a jam that decide to bring their backpack. The remaining traceurs find this person as an opportunity to empty their heavy pockets into their back pack and the "Bag Bitch" is left carrying everyone's personal possessions.

iim my own bag bitch lol i practice alone but some kid follows me when doing my parkour and he tries to be good but kinda fails

What you have to think about is that they have your wallet, keys, phone, and other valubles.

True, but you'd better hope that he's not as good of a freerunner, so you can catch up if he bolts. I was the bag bitch last time my friends and i went, it wasn't that bad because i was weariing a camel pack, without water. There wasn't that much space so I wasn't thrown off balance when we cut through allies and other gateways to a good spot. There was also a lot of padding, so if i fell, the items wouldn't get destroyed...completely.

I dont usually need a bag bitch; I have a small zip-pouch that I put my ID, money, and keys in. It goes in my back pocket and has a little strap that clips to my belt loop so I dont lose it. I find that this is generally the best way to go, in my experience.

I like bringing a bag, and when people empty their stuff into it I use it as extra weight in my training
