Get a rope...but until then, 1 tuck jump for each double under works relatively well. Squat to half depth, jump forcefully and tuck your knees to your chest...rinse...repeat.

Worse than my last time by 5 minutes or so, I blame gravity! It's getting heavier every year, you know that?

Substituted tuck jumps for double unders After round five did regular lunges, quads burning, almost fell over when I tried to add the twists.

just have to say: gravity is a force, and forces have no mass, so bubblemaker is right, gravity is getting stronger

Sunday! Did a pretty good workout this morning: 300 situps mixed amongst sets of 10 pushups and 10 pullups which tapered off to sets of 5 pushups and 5 pullups. Just felt like going at it until I had bad form!
Cho! Rest a bit then going to go outside and enjoy le weather with a bit of walking around Westminster with Kelly and some light parkour training.
