APK Warmup

Workout- For 20 minutes, alternate between max Handstands and L-sits , working the handstand press and slow-lowering. Rest as needed between skills to give it a max-effort each attempt. If you're super-motivated, some L-sit press to handstand could be a fun way to pass the time.

Post total time inverted and in L-sit position to comments. 

Substitutions:

Handstand- Handstand against wall, headstand, headstand against wall.

L-sit- Alternating tucked leg sit, tucked leg sit (both legs simultaneously), hanging knee raises.

After 2 rounds of APKWU without running i had, combined, 9 minutes L sit and 4 minutes in a handstand.  
 
I ran 2 miles, and did 30 ring dips.

Luca that's some great total time!  
 
I hit this up before our 6pm class but only had around 15 minutes to spare. Didn't get exact times but ended up with around 3.5 minutes in the handstand and 2.5 minutes in L-sit.

Dang, you guys are tough! I managed about 7 minutes in the handstand ( and my wrist now hurts) but only about 1 minute (in 5 second intervals) in the L-sit. Need to keep working the core strength!

Inverted: 9 minutes - handstands against wall, headstands 
L-sit: 3 minutes - Legs straight, legs tucked
