APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

With a constantly running clock, perform 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third, and so on until you cannot perform the required number of pull-ups for the minute that you are on. If you come up short of 10 minutes, start back at one pull-up the minute following your failed set (so if you made it to only 4 pull-ups in the 5th minute, you'll do 1 on the sixth minute, 2 on the seventh, etc. until you reach your second failed set). You can break up the reps into as many sets as needed per minute.

DAPKWUIx3 w/o agility & squats due to tweaked knee 
Did 6 rounds before going back to 1, then did 6 more. Final set was mostly jump lowerdowns.

Sounds easy! I was sure i could make it to 15 no problem. I was a little mistaken. 
 
After PK warmup i got to 9 and had to start over. Then got to 4. Just like Soar, the last 4 were mostly jumps, but i tried to hold them half way down for a few seconds.

1.got to the 12th minute +10pull ups 
2.got to 9th minute +8pull ups 
3.got to the 9th minute +6pulls ups

I managed 14 minutes, 12 pullups in the fifteenth minute (14:00). 117 total if my math is correct. 
 
Afterwards I did the same with pushups, starting at 5 and adding 5 every minute. I managed 5 minutes, failing with 10 pushups in the 6th. 85 total.

This is the first of our workouts I've had a chance to do in quite some time. To top it off, I've been focused on max-strength so high-rep efforts have fallen to the wayside... 
 
Either way, I'm rather pleased, warmed up with a 500m row at 1:40 with one foot, then got 16 pull-ups on the 16th minute and 13 pull-ups on the 17th. Good stuff!

Got up to 12 minutes with 7 in the 14th minute! 
 
The snow was pretty much totally gone today to my surprise, and it was nice out, so I did some training at the local park / playground!

Love this one! 
Got through 16 rounds and 14 in the 17th minute. Damn near fell off the bar.

Had to stop due to sharp pain on inside of left elbow. Was getting pretty tired anyway :roll  
 
Figured that makes a total of: 
 
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11 = 66 pull ups.  
 
Not bad for an old guy, turn 40 this Friday.
