Woke up early, couldn't access today's WOD. Did a broken Angie but forgot the pushups (10x 10-pullups, 10-pushups, 10-squats). DAPKWUIx3: 18mins Nearly broken Angia: 14min Did this after a short but intense yoga session. Got out a lot of pent up aggression, felt really good.

Today is my first day of WOD, I'm new to the sport, so this workout just tore me up. Especially those dive bombers....

I've been doing this for about a week trying to get back into shape. At first I could just barely complete warmup, and I'm still doing as much of the WOD as I can, but I'm still not able to push myself far enough to finish it without pushing myself too far and overdoing it.

I have to concur with pete on this one. I make that remark only because I believe they take it easy on us on Fridays so we can train PK harder on the weekends. Love Dive Bombers!

I just got back from a training session with Jimmy Radcliffe from the Univ of Oregon. He is a grand-master of plyometrics and sports jump training which resemble a lot of parkour movements. If you're just starting, make sure you take the time to get the fundementals of landing even the simplest jumps down. Don't feel you have to rush into it.
