Was down in Rockville Tuesday and Wednesday so I missed posting up!
Tuesday I did some Parkour training and did the 100 burpees with a friend. Time was... not worth mentioning :] And yesterday was spent shuttling around my sister and family who were down a car and I just knocked out 8 minute abs and my usual weight vest routine.
Today I did the usual, with a WHOLE lot of stretching, and opted to run with Kelly for 30 minutes instead of the sprinting as a slightly more relaxing / restful exercise.
