(this workout can be scaled in a number of ways. Handstand Push-Ups can be subbed with push-ups with your feet inclined or regular flat push-ups. Pull-Ups can be assisted or performed jumping. The reps can also be reduced if needed)

push ups sub for the first 30 ten pull ups 20 slanted *head up not down* chanlink fence 20 ankel jump pull ups on six point five ft high pull up bar 10 slanted *chainlink* 30 toe hop
plus twenty minute jog excluding rest
so 24:24:99
