Primal Fitness got it's first piece of press coverage yesterday with this article in the Washington Post Express, a free version of the Post given out at Metro stations. Thanks to Vicky and Michelle who were fun to have in class and did a great job with the article / photos! They do a good job of given a brief description of Parkour and the aspects we cover in class. The only thing we can't figure out is who the print version cover picture is of!
