APK Warm-Up

Workout: 3 rounds for time:

25 Burpees

25 Pull-Ups

DAPKWUIx3 (Dano's APK Warmup V1) 
x rounds of: 
25 Squats 
10 Pullups (continuous, straight until need kips) 
15 Pushups 
7 Sampson stretch (7/side, 14 total) 
15 Situps 
10 Swimmers (10/side) 
High knees slow 
High knees fast 
Butt kicks 
High knees backwards 
Side step down 
Side step reverse 
1:10 secs: 4 controlled burpees, rest of time QM 
 
Today's W/O: 
DAPKWUI for time 20:20 
Subs/Mods: 15 burpees and 15 pullups 
Total time: 12:12 
Notes: Recording this warmup since I tend do do it alot, now I'll just use the shorthand. Due to the intense week, almost did just the warmup and not the WOD. 1st set burpees could do 15, the rest had to stop once. 1st set of pullups was 10/5, second set 8/7, last set was 5/4/3/2/1. Whew!

I toughened this up by adding 25 dumbbell swings (50lbs) to each round. 
 
18 minutes on that :) .

Great idea Bubblemaker...to make it even more fun next time, use two dumbbells for the swings, then keep them in your hands for the burpees. That's a whole new ballgame :p
