APK Warm-Up

Workout- Perform as many of the following in 30 minutes as you are able. Each carries a specific point-value when completed. Post chosen skills and total points garnered to comments.

5 Point Skills-

Handstand- 5:00 total time inverted

L-Sit - 2:00 total time in perfect 90-degree hip position

100 Jump-rope Double-Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

25 L-Pull-Ups

100 Burpees 

3 Point Skills-

10x100m sprint repeats

15 Handstand Push-Ups

25 Pull-Ups

100 Squats

1 Point Skills- 

50 Push-Ups

Run 1 mile

30 Box Jumps

Front Plank- 1:00

Dunno what's been up lately -- I try to do anything even remotely hard and I get sick, dizzy, and my lungs still have pressure when I work out. 
 
I tried to mix it up -- running .2 miles, then doing 10 pushups, 5 pullups, and 10 lunuges -- but I got through the first set and I started getting sick. BLARGH.

I think I'll do this over many days. Each point set per day, maybe.

My friend and I just started doing these WOD on Tuesday, and although they are intense, we love them. 
 
We did 7.5 points worth. 
APK Warm up + 1/4 mile jog 
1 - 1 mile run 
1 - 30 box jumps 
3 - 100 squats 
2.5 - 50 Burpees 
 
Neither of us have the strength to get through the burpees, and we tried to make up for it by doing an L sit, but couldn't even get into the right position.

...so I couldn't post yesterday. My Goal was to do a bunch of exercises, broken into 5 segments.  
The work outs were the 5 min Handstand, 25 L-Pull Ups, 100 burpees, 10x100 Sprints, and 1 min Plank. 
I achieved 3 segments with ending totals of:  
4 min Handstand (got an extra one before time ran out) 
15 L-Pull Ups 
60 Burpees 
6x100 Sprints 
3x1 min Planks Tot.Pnts:15? 
 
I really enjoyed this workout because it gave an awesome sense of urgency that is necessary to be used to in Parkour as a Traceur is to think about chasing or being chased. It was also like a "Create-Your-Own-Workout" where I was able to challenge myself and work the areas I felt needed more work for me. THIS WAS AWESOME!!! THANK YOU!!! 
 
(It had a sweat factor of about an 8.7 though.)

Score was 29. Could have done another set of pull-ups if I was not such a nancy. Totals:

this is prob the best one since ive signed up for this  
i got 33 pts. 
did jump rope, pull ups, push ups, ran a mile, 30 box jumps, front plank, squats, sprinted repeats, l sits, handstand for 5 minutes, burpees,
