Run 5k for time, the more hills the better.

I've been to state my fresh, soph, and junior year in track and i'm not doin it this year... who has fun running in a damn circle? So i hate track, but luv parkour... I WONDER Y?

Ran yesterday so did my own workout today. Concentrated on pullups as it's my main weakness. 
 
Did 10 rounds of: 
5x Pushups 
5x Squats 
5x Pullups (many variations throughout to switch it up) 
 
That's about it, 8 minute abs etc before hand.

Flips with Bryan then ran from campus to Yar. which is probably more like 4 miles. Feeling beat today, focused on good grounding, quick flowing, feet tearing up the pavement. Total Time: 20:00
