Was only able to do 50... so tired from this weeks workouts. This was HARD. Never sweat this much during a workout :P

100 burpees is never a challenge for me... but i guess not everyone is as AWESOME as I am.. ha jk i haven't even done it yet cus i just got done with bball practice and i'm dead

That was about as sweaty as I get in a normal PK practice, except it 24 minutes instead of an 90 minutes.

Did the warm-up and then just 10 burpees. Stil tired from yesterday's. I have alot of improving to do.

15:23 for 100 and I know I could have gone faster. I do love good challenges. The main challenge we face is our own belief - our own minds, and everyday we fight that fight. Be victorious!
So if Burpees are boring for you I have an alternative - Pukees. A Pukee is a Burpee where the push-up is a clap-push up and the jump is a tuck-jump
