APK Warm-Up

Workout: Speed intervals, rest 2:00 between each effort

5x400m

Focus on finishing each 400m at a full sprint. Post splits for each 400 to comments. Compare to 1-31-07

I changed the warm up a bit.. 
2x15 Squats 
2x10/leg Lunges 
Normal APK Warm-Up Agility 
 
Did 2x200m... little longer and harder because I was off by about 30 feet the last time I did the 200m... 
 
43 and 46 seconds. Couldn't do more.. wanted to die. :P

Kelly dragged me out into the snow to run long-distance instead. Ran for 40 minutes, in a couple inches of slow, LOTS of hills.

How do you know what 400 meters is? Like half a track or something.

if your track is a fifth of a mile parsay it is going to be like 2.5 laps and if it is a quarter mile then it is going to be a little less

i'm new so i just tried a radom WOD. Times= 52, 50, 48, 46, and 42. :x  
 
i felt like a turtle finishing a 100m race in second place!
