APK Warm-Up Workout: 10:00 for rounds: 2 vaults - medium and large vault boxes set ~6 feet apart or equivalent.
Tuck Jump x 6 (or, DB C+J x 3 ea. arm)
2 vaults Burpee x 5 After 10:00, rest 2:00 then, 10:00 for rounds: Precision Jump- Precision trainers set between 3 and 6 feet or equivalent.
Underbar- parallel bar set to 6-7ft w/ 3ft of padding or equivalent.
Lateral Bounding x 6 (or OA DBSnatch x 3 ea. arm) Underbar Precision Jump Pull-Up x 5 For this workout you will basically be running a short obstacle course, performing a power movement, running back and performing a bodyweight strength and conditioning movement. This counts as one round. Post rounds and partial rounds, as well as any substitutions to comments. |
