I'm really liking the look of these workouts at the moment. I should be back to doing them soon, but i'm taking a few weeks from training.

Hey, I'm pretty young and saw this and it looked extremely cool so i joined the site. So these are good workouts to get in condition for PK? :?

I used one parallette for the lateral plyo push-ups, until it collapsed and it's leg stuck into my chest :cry

I did the burpees wrong, I did a sprint at the end of every burpee :grin . I don't think it matters. Also did them in the snow so my hands froze off.

These are the best to get in condition for pk, unless you have free weights. Then the Primal Fitness workouts are the best ;). If you live near washingtin DC you might as well follow the primal-fitness classes :).

Woops, didn't have internet when I got home so I had a friend read me the WoD and I wrote it down. Didn't know about the rests after each set =D

Other than that everything else as RXd.

...and it felt sooo good. It seemed to be a good overall work out. The Plyo-PU worked me good :)

Didnt check WOD before i worked out so I did 50 pullups, 40 leg lifts on the bar, 20 HSPUs and some cardio.

I went for a 2.5-3 mile walk today. I didn't feel like doing anything else -- I hurt. Back to it tomorrow, however, and I'll do this Saturday if I have time.

This was my first W.O.D. Though, my pistols were assisted, my HSPUs were at about 70 degree angle, and my breaks were a bit longer than suggested.
