APK Warm-Up

Workout: Sprint Intervals

2 x 400m sprints, 1:30 rest between each

5 x 200m sprints, :45 rest between each

10 x 50m sprints, jog back 50m for rest.

400m: 1:19, 1:15 
200m: between :33 and :35 
50m: ~:08, could not see the exact 50m mark in the dark.

I decided not to do 400m sprints... 
Due to mathmatical problems I was doing 225meters instead of 200... and my lungs started hurting after the second 200m.

Did the usual and 8 minute abs. Didn't do the sprints, instead I ran 40 minutes with Kelly!

Pulled a rest day today 'cause I didn't have time for more so just the APK Warm-Up... ...with my Shiney New Pull-Up Bar :grin
