APK Warmup

Workout- Two classic bodyweight benchmarks from Crossfit ....

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

I did Mary for a change:  
7 rounds and the hspu's. 5kg counterbalance for the pistols. 
Might do Cindy tomorrow :).

I had no ability to do Pull-Ups today so I chose Mandy: 
5 Handstand Push-Ups 
10 3-Pnt.Sit-Ups(AKA:Military Crunches) 
15 Squats rotating between Regulars, Pistols, and Jump & Tuck Squats 
 
I had 10 rounds with Mandy in 20 minutes; hope I wasn't cheating too bad. ;)

Deadlift - 225 out of gas!!
