Couldn't do this, had a school trip today. I did yesterdays primal-fitness workout this morning which was really good. I'll do this tomorrow .

I Did 25 in a STEEP Invert (almost handstand) and the other 25 in a shallow invert. 9 and a half minutes, not including warm-up. And now my arms are done for the day. Thanks!

I must have cheated last time I did this First 15 or so were good form, from there it was downhill!
Broken up as - 10, 10, 10, 8, 5, 5, 2 Total time - 5:02

I actually did 2 full pull ups today for the warmup, but then did 3 negatives. I then switched two two sets of 10 ring-rows replacing the pull ups.
I did 5 ring push ups, and then 20 regular push ups before my arms gave out in 3 and a half minutes.
But, I did the three sets of 10 push ups for the warm up to start with
