I ran just over 5km in approx 20 minutes yesterday with my dog, terrain was flat as a pancake!

Ran 40 minutes with Kelly yesterday, just got back from an hour and a half of pretty intense parkour training and conditioning, w00t!

i just happened to run a 5k today: 26:30, which beats my time by 1:30. it was on a track.
i also trained landings and wallruns earlier and did a gymnastics workout after the 5k. the other workout was a bunch of different types of crunchies, like 80-100 in various positions as fast as you can, then back extensions, then pushups, and then jumping and lunge walks, then tie it up with calf raises

I was only able to go about 2km.. which took me about 14 minutes.. before I couldn't go any more from my side burning.
First attempt at a 5k.. ever. Did it on a treadmill at 1.0 incline.
