APK Warmup

The workout will be broken into two 10:00 minute sections. For the first section alternate the following exercises, stopping short of failure in each successive set until the very end of the time period:

Pullups

Dive-Bomber Pushups

In the second section, alternate the next two exercises:

Russian Twist  Or weighted russian twist, as needed

Back Extension

The idea is to perform as many reps as possible, alternating from one exercise to the next within the given time period. If you caught this workout the first time around, shoot for at least one more rep total for each exercise.

Russian Twist (+17,5 kg): 20 20 20 10 10 
Skin the cats : 8 6 6 4 5 
 
I stopped the sets of russian twist because the weight hurt my arms. 
Subbed skin the cats for back extensions.

Snow! 
 
Ran with Kelly for 40 minutes in the wind and horizontally blowing snow, uphill both ways, in the blazing heat, with 40 pounds of books in my bag. Got back, did 8 minute abs and my usual routine w/ weight vest. 
 
Might still hit this one up later but I'm feeling pretty good now :]

I've been pretty out of it with school just starting , but i've got this new class called body movement which incoporates yoga, pilates, and traditional exercise to increse fitness, endurance, and general body awareness and it's a nice workout also with my new weight plan it compliments each other well.

11 pullups, 35 db pushups 
 
135 russian twists, 90 supermans (feet and thighs supported so you're on a 45*, then go down and back up again, lifting your arms up like superman)
