15 mins. Took my time and did a lot of stretching as well.

12:20. Quick question about the L-pull-ups - are these strict pullups where we lock our arms out or just drop as far as possible while keeping your legs locked at 90 degrees?

Mega wiped after work so didn't knock out the WoD. Instead going down to GB to work on some fight Choreography for a couple hours with Sam!

It took me 27 minutes. I had to take a break when i finished 7 reps. Need to build up my muscular endurance. What killed me the most was pullups, so need to do more and build stronger lats.
