My double unders felt really powerful. Maybe because I incorporated some explosive lifts since Santa gave me dumbbells.

Hi, my name is Mario. I coach gymnastics and I just wanted to add these are great exercises though when you lunge make sure your knee doesn't pass your foot; not good for knee.
