APK Warm-Up

Workout:

10 x 100m sprints.

 Post splits for each sprint and rest intervals used to comments.

Splits between ~:14.5 and ~:15.7 
Rest interval was my walk back which took about 1:10 
 
My goal for the year 2007 is a 12 second 100m sprint :)
 
I also did L-sit/muscle up training, a weightened dip and pullup workout and I finished with a small snatch/jump squad routine. Good day!

Gym workout today. 
20mins elliptical, 10 mins bike, 10 mins treadmill and weights throughout.
