And I feel way fitter than before XD. Last week was a welcome rest.

I do not have such an environment near, so I did a 20 minute fartlek run. Also trained my planche and front lever. I planned on doing today's crossfit workout now, but I think I should just go to bed and sleep. That is one of the things I lacked before the holiday, sleep. I'll just do some pushups XD.

I have a good place for a rope, so I think I should get one to do those primal-fitness workouts :grin .
