A chance to give back ...

We've just gotten word that some media (big) will be at the Primal Fitness Grand Opening tomorrow. This is a great chance for all Mid Atlantic Traceurs to come show support for PK in the USA, as they will be using this as part of a segment to show how Parkour is spreading. The free Parkour training session will be tomorrow at 10:00 AM, please come by 9:30 to take part. Minors must have a signed waiver (download, print, and have a parent sign, requires parent's phone number for verification).

I wish I could come to the grand opening but living in new york.... anyways I hope that everything goes great for the opening next time I am around I will be sure to stop by!

I really wanted to get a train ticket and come, but the prices were too high because of such short notice.
