APK Warm-Up

Workout- Perform as many of the following in 30 minutes as you are able. Each carries a specific point-value when completed. Post chosen skills and total points garnered to comments.

5 Point Skills-

Handstand- 5:00 total time inverted

L-Sit - 2:00 total time in perfect 90-degree hip position

100 Jump-rope Double-Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

25 L-Pull-Ups

100 Burpees 

3 Point Skills-

10x100m sprint repeats

15 Handstand Push-Ups

25 Pull-Ups

100 Squats

1 Point Skills- 

50 Push-Ups

Run 1 mile

30 Box Jumps

Front Plank- 1:00

I was wondering, would 100 push-ups count as 2 points? 
 
Like, could I do 2 events or more (ex. do a handstand for 1/2 hour?

I went for: 
handstand, hspu, squats, pushups, run, box jumps, plank 
 
only 15, but tomorrow's a big day and i have to be in tip top shape 
frosti

Didnt quite do as RXed but an active day nonetheless. 
ran 1 mile, 20 pullups, 10 HSPUs, 
Weights at my apt. 
Rock climbing for 2 hrs, did some hand only climbing which is a good workout. 
Then went to the fitness gym and worked out for 1 hr there.

I planned everything out before starting and broke down some of the exercises into supersets to give myself a breather. Ex: 100m sprint then 10 burpees repeated 10 times and 5 pullups with 20 squats per set. Might be worth a shot if anyone else wants to try it. 
 
25 L Pullups - 5pts 
10x100m sprints - 3pts 
100 burpees - 5 pts (dear God those hurt...) 
25 pullups - 3 pts 
100 squats - 3 pts 
15 hspu - 3 pts 
30 box jumps - 1 pt 
50 pushups - 1pt 
Tried doing 5:00 of handstands but just ran out of time. 
 
Total - 5+3+5+3+3+3+1+1 = 24.
