Parkour VideosTHese videos contain primarily Parkour, or as much as Parkour can be captured on film. Parkour is a spontaneous thing, video is a planned thing. Parkour is an intention, video shows action and motion. Anyway, these "parkour videos" give you the basic idea, when combined with a proper understanding of what Parkour is. |

Artistic / Creative
( 4 items )
Artistic / Creative VideosThe Parkour and free running communities are rife with extremely creative people, no coincidence as Parkour and freerunning require a bit of free thinking, breaking the normal boundaries of cattle-prod society. These videos are creative works, wether based on actual Parkour or free running footage, or based solely on the artist's imagination.

Freerunning
( 9 items )
Free running VideosFree running is a way of moving, a way of interacting with your environment, it is also a mindset. In free running, you're free to do as you please, as the name implies, the goal may be fun, self improvement, or for show. Free running can be a challenging way to build characteristics like balance, coordination and self-confidence. Most videos of "Parkour" actually turn out to be videos of Free running, since it is nearly impossible to capture the essense of purpose which defines parkour on film.

Reference / Tutorials VideosThese videos are good to show certain aspects of Parkour and free running. They either contain "standards" in that there are besic movements in Pakrour and Freerunning which occur time and time again and can be drilled for proficieny, or the video itself may be a standard, as we hope to get some of David Belle's calssic videos up here.
