http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/article-23487961-details/One+way+to+catch+a+bus/article.do
This article reviews a stunt put on by Nissan automotive company in London where a group of freerunners dressed in suits got out of a bus and performed in live traffic.... "These stunts were carried out by professionals, and at no point were
the public in danger. We had health and safety staff in attendance." I certainly hope they were =P

New hottie
Interesting perspective from a young actor who says it is the most exciting scene in the movie and he wouldn't want to do it again. ... it's called "Urban Free Running" ... hmmm :)

Parkour vs coasteering
Funny, if they knew what parkour was I think they'd have to say "Parkour vs. Parkour".

Parkour: Off-the-wall freestyle
The overall tone of the article deals a lot with acrobatics and tricks, but at least focuses on safety. Without seeing the classes I withold from making any judgements. I think it is great that kids have a safe place to learn something fun and active - how close to being "Parkour" it is seems yet to be seen.

Inventor Demos Soft Pneumatic Exoskeleton, a Good Getaway Suit
This really just shows a terrible misunderstanding of the function of the glute-hamstring chain and quadriceps in keeping the kneecap properly aligned during a landing. It makes for an interesting concept, but is far off from what would actually help to protect anyone's knees. - I'd say overall not a positive mention of Parkour.

Kids, Try This at Home
I have to say this article looks like it was written by a 14 year old, and I'm a bit dissapointed that it includes things such as "scale a 50 foot tower"- "hardcore shit" and "They suck" - referring to Ventilation X - who may or may not suck, but that's a crappy way to refer to a freerunning team in an article and makes us all look bad. Anyone from Ground Zero is welcome to start a forum thread to discuss if they feel they were misrepresented or if they feel that this is good representation and I'm being unfair.
