In February, Hawaii Parkour had two jams. One of which they decided to make it
a hike. Here are the highlights of what got on film. They didn't get any of
the "going up" on film, but got some fun shoots of the way down.
Something
to keep in mind about this terrain is the amount of rocks and mud there
is, making it a challenge to run smoothly without braking an ankle. They managed to have a good time and preserve all of their limbs intact, always
a good thing.
The
hike is only a mile and a half to the falls. They stopped here and there
for some basic Movnat and some random training. The falls as were definitely the most fun part of it. The time it took to get down was probably a record
breaker.

had a Parkour/Free Running get together, a total of 40+ people showed
up. We had loads of fun, I just wish I could of captured more then what
I did. But here is a little highlight that pretty much sums up the
happenings, hope you enjoy. Please comment, Favorite, and Subscribe.
Thanks to all for attending and to all for watching,"
