Eating is every bit as important as any other component of fitness and wellbeing, perhaps even more. The human body is a very complex organism which requires a balance of nutrients to run at optimal performance. There is a plethora of information about how to feed the animals, but much of it is biased and suspect. The US RDA Food Pyramid is upside down! The beef people tell you to eat more beef and the chicken people tell you to eat more chicken. We try to sort some of that out for you in a simple format.
