And by "New" we mean "Really Old" :) Yes, it's time for M2's "attic" hard drive to be cleaned out, and thanks to a lot of hard work by Skipper and Akh, that's well underway! We have about 25,000 pics to sort through, the first ones to see the light of day are from the Denver National Jam last summer ... keep an eye out for more and, if freak odds continue - maybe even some video. BTW, this is a good time to mention, the photo galleries are fixed. It's also a good time to mention - GET YOUR PICS TO US! American Parkour is a community site - we want your parkour and freerunning pics and videos! Thanks.
Tony and the other guys in Flight or Flight in El Paso were recently featured in a good article in a weekly paper. The guys are doing a great job of building a cool local parkour community. Nice work!
Good luck to our own NoSole and Skynative who are off to LA this weekend to compete with four other guys for the top two spots being sent to Japan for the Ninja Warrior Challenge!
We have about 8 tapes to go through, so our footage won't be up for a while - but even then I won't expect it to match the pros. Dave "Gravy" and Johnny from Fuel TV are the bomb! Check out this video they shot and cut. More footage to show up on Fuel TV soon, we'll keep you posted!
For everyone who couldn't make it out to NY last week for PKGen's visit...you missed out big time! Dan Edwardes, Stephane Vigroux, Chris Keighley, and Julie Angel came over from the UK for an open training day in Central Park. Over 80 traceurs showed from all over the US and Canada, Ohio drove up a van full of 10 guys, Ottawa made a showing, and I flew all the way from Seattle to be there. Our new friends of Sydney Australia just released a video featuring Shaun Wood, Rhys James and Wiseno. They wanted to show something different; something that shows how they really feel about training. It's beautifully shot and edited and truly demonstrates their creativity in movement.

Well it’s that time of year, it’s cold out, the ground is snow covered, and Traceurs all across the country have gone into hibernation for the winter. I’ve made it my personal goal this winter to continue training as hard as I can and I’d like to see the community as a whole mirror my effort.
That being said, I understand that there are some complications inherent in winter training but that doesn’t mean you can’t train every aspect of your Parkour game all through the winter.
