This new 3Run video is a pretty cool departure on the standard parkour video - the background to this one is a poem. Pretty cool artistic piece, and this 3Run video is 100% parkour - no flips or tricks.

Obstacles: Few Trees that are goodfor general climbing and Lache work and a huge wooden castle style playgroundthat provides a great deal of fun. The park provides tons of cat, balance,precision, and climbing challenges.

Security: Not once have we as agroup had a problem with security, the kids or the parents as long as wemaintain a respectful environment, give children the right of way and keep aneye out for shoddy obstacles.

The park is busiest on Saturdays, though usually manageable as long asyou are aware of your surroundings. Best times to train there are usually onSundays anytime or weekdays.

 Obstacles: Lots of Rails, Concrete Borders and Walls, that offer tons ofdifferent movements to be implemented as well as a great deal of scalability nomatter your experience level.

Security: Most days there are no problems though it is no problem movingon from this spot as there are many more spots close by. Texas Parkour memberswill soon have explicit access to train in most of the Hemisfair Park areas.

Sometimes during the weekends or when special events are going on thereis a great deal of pedestrians but for the most part the only thing you have toworry about is the water hazard some obstacles possess
