Way back in the days of yore... one month ago... on November 22nd, YouTube held the first ever "L!VE" event. Early in 2008 SF Parkour managed to make a good connection with YouTube, as they are local to the Bay Area, and was invited to do a couple live demos at the office. So when planning began for this bigtime production, we crossed our fingers that we'd be involved. Luckily, they saw something in us and invited us to perform as part of the pre-show and the main event. With Brandon aka "Corndogg", Jeff "Meatlad" Schoenhard, and me (NoSole) handling the planning, we managed to select traceurs for both segments (Main show: Myself, Austin Gall, Albert Kong, and Dan Edwardes [from Parkour Generations]... Pre-show: Andrey Pfenning, Zack Weldon, Alex Stoicheff, Victor Lo Forte, Shane Daniels, Neal Cordova, Russ Bruel, and Tyson Cecka).
We've been running these free workshops for awhile now and they've become quite popular . They are designed to give the best introduction to Parkour possible within a safe environment regardless of current physical ability, age, sex, etc. In our current location we are limited to 30 students so although everyone is welcome you MUST send an email to
