A Moment in the Life of APK Sponsored Athlete Drew Drechsel

There is an open house at the APK Academy - Gainesville this weekend. Drew runs the APK academy where students of all levels can learn Parkour, Freerunning, and general fitness at Darkside Athletics MMA gym which is an amazing facility.

Friday morning at 9:00, Drew will be on 97.3 The Sky radio talking about his success on American Ninja Warrior and how his Parkour training helped him on the course. Friday night, Drew will be at the fight between Richard Reese and Axe Men star Brad Taylor at the Florida Theater. There will be 11 other Florida sanctioned MMA fights that night. One of those 11 fights includes Gainesville's first ever Female cage match.

When Drew's not training he's thinking about what he's going to do next time he goes out to train.
